What to expect when you book your appointment
You will receive an email confirming your booking, this means you’re in our calendar.
The Address is 101B Western Rd,on Farm Road, the last brown door, there is a red dot on the door.
On google map, you can find a photo of the outside of our premises. We are at the 4th brown door.
The door will be closed for security purposes.
Please knock on the door when it’s time for your appointment, usually we are busy waxing and if you knock before your appointment, we cannot be available to open it.
We have a waiting area if we are still with clients.
If for any reason you can’t make it to your appointment on time, you must rearrange it as late arrival can shorten the time and result of your treatment.
Getting down to it
Go Go Brazilian is a company completely free of judgement. We have seen thousands of intimate areas between us and there is no need for you to feel anything but comfortable during your treatment.
For intimate waxing, we will ask you to take your pants off – paper pants do not help us do our job! They’re wasteful and get in the way.
The Brazilian way is not to leave clients alone during their treatment; we will stay in the room and carry on talking to you while you get ready for treatment.
We don’t recommend the use of wipes before and after treatment. Most wipes contain chemicals that might cause irritation to your skin.
We only use natural and organic cleansers before and after waxing. This helps customers with sensitive skin.
We don’t discriminate against anyone, ever! Everyone is welcome for a wax!
Hair Length
If your most recent hair removal was shaving, please wait 3 weeks before coming for a wax.
If your most recent hair removal was waxing, please wait 4 weeks before coming for a wax.
Hair grows at different lengths, so sometimes after a wax, hairs might sprout. We take hair from the roots to help avoid this.
Running late for my appointment
If you are running late please let us know by text msg to 07434 365670. Late arrival may mean we are unable to carry out your chosen treatment.
To manage your booking
Please login to cancel or move your reservation prior 24hrs of your appointment.
Cancelation fee and Refund
Please give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or move your appointment. We charge the full treatment price for missed appointments and for treatments cancelled or rearranged with less than 24 hours notice.
Before 24hrs Refund
Please sending us an email to request your refund, if you have cancel 24rhs prior your appointment.

Car Parking
Unfortunately, we are situated in a busy area for car parking. There are few parking space on top on the street, pay by phone.
